Forty-five years of selling equipment the
right way.

No sales tricks, no fine print you need a lawyer to read. Just honest machines, honest prices, and a shop that stands behind both.

45 Years Running

2,400+ Machines Sold

2 Generations

Equipment Management Services was founded in 2014 by Roy Callahan, a former heavy equipment operator who spent fifteen years watching job sites grind to a halt over machines that should’ve never left the yard. He started buying distressed equipment, putting it right, and reselling it out of a gravel lot with one mechanic and a handshake policy.

How We Got Here

1981

One Gravel Lot

Roy Callahan starts buying, fixing, and reselling distressed equipment with one mechanic and a handshake policy.

1996

Expanded Yard, Four Bays

Equipment Management Services brings transport in-house and stops depending on outside haulers.

2009

Second Generation, Same Standard

Karen takes over the operation. More inventory, more bays — same rule: if it’s on the lot, it’s ready to work.

2026

Fifteen Years In

Over 1,800 machines moved, and still a business where someone picks up the phone.

"A machine that can't pass our own shop's inspection doesn't go on the lot. Doesn't matter how good a deal it'd make."

What We Promise Every Buyer

1

A Real Inspection Report

Not a checklist somebody signed off on — an actual report you can read before you buy.

2

A Straight Answer On The Phone

Call and ask us anything about a machine. If we don’t know, we’ll find out and call you back.

3

No Surprise Fees At Closing

The number we quote you is the number on the paperwork. Every time.

A small shop where the guy who serviced the machine is the same guy selling it. No middleman, no runaround — just straight answers and a handshake.
